May 17 – May 23, 2019: Exhibition “Danube Women Stories” in Regensburg

During the interreg conference in Regensburg, the exhibition “Danube Women Stories” is shown at the World Heritage Visitor Centre.

WHAT?
On May 22 at 7 p.m. there will be a introduction of the whole project “Danube Women Stories” and the exhibition by Sabine Geller and Christiana Weidel. The publisher of the book of the same Name, Thomas Zehender, will also be there.

The exhibition presents a historical woman and her work and a contemporary woman and her work from the following cities: Ulm, Regensburg, Linz, Vienna, Budapest, Vukovar, Novi Sad and Temeswar. Be inspired!!

More WOMEN STORIES along the river Danube

Danube Women Stories have been expanded by portraits of fascinating women in history and remarkable women of today from the cities of Regensburg, Linz and Vukovar. An historical women and a contemporary woman from each city will be seen in the exhibition “DANUBE WOMEN STORES ” in Regensburg: Regina Hellwig-Schmid, Luise Händlmaier (Regensburg), Michele J. Knapp, Katharina Kepler (Linz), Mirela Hutinec, Ljiljana Gehrecke(Vukovar).
